This place has the worst customer service ever. Especially the center manager or whoever she called herself. Nasty attitude the worst thus far I have ever seen. We came in to get stretches the new service that they offer but when we got here they booked us with people that didn't give the stretches and she looked at us and said what do you want me to do. TODAY WAS MY 1ST TIME AT THIS LOCATION & IT WAS A VERY GREAT EXPERIENCE.. THE BUILDING WAS VERY CLEAN, STAFF WAS NICE.. THE PAYMENT SYSTEM WAS DOWN BUT THEY DIDN'T MAKE A BIG FUSS ABOUT IT, JUST CALLED LATER & GOT THE PAYMENT.. I'LL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING ON THE REGULAR..
I transferred my membership from the Toco Hills ME to Stockbridge ME after moving here in February. I was NOT disappointed...the staff is very friendly and Josh is the best masseuse out there (I have appointments booked months in advance!).
This place is nice, the front desk staff could be more welcoming. I guess it takes experience and training to have such skills. For six months I was never told I could go to the relaxation room before my session!!! I didn't even that room existed !!! They now have IPads to check you in which is nice, and it goes with you and displays the areas they need to work on. Thanks for being such a great Massage Therapist Shannon. 🏾
