We enrolled in a temp one month special and have canceled every month. They keep billing us each month. Enough is enough. I have lost all my trust with this place. It's too bad because I really like the therapist.

I have been using Massage Envy now for almost 2 years and it doesn't matter where I have gone I have always had the best service. I just recently visited the St. George office and had a very good and relaxing massage after a hecktic Holiday! Thank you and Happy New Years 2018!
Not my first massage, but first one I've ever had that I have been 100% satisfied with! Masseuse was very attentive to my pain areas and her persistence in relieving my back and neck pain absolutely paid off. My neck and back have had 75% less tension than normal days and my massage was 3 days ago. Thank you for what you guys do!
Massage envy is the only place I go to get relief and fell relaxed from the stresses of daily life!! They listen to what you need and help you feel better than you did before you went in. Go see them the next time you think of getting a massage!!
My massage was mostly pressure points.. which I'm not a fan of. Also I bought there holiday deal! Where you spend $150 and get $50 back and I went in to use mine last night and i bought it at Christmas time and it had already expired?!? I didn't realize a gift card can expire that fast! So just a heads up for people who want to buy the holiday packages! Even the staff was surprised and said there is nothing they can do and basically said we could call the manager today but they also probably wouldn't be able to do anything. ... read more
Staff is rude, Consultation takes more than 10 minutes, they dont listen to you when you tell them what's wanted, they seem to be on autopilot and just work some preset massage. They make mistakes and blame the customer and then they charge the customer for THEIR mistakes and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Then when its hashed out no one cares that you're not only not getting a massage you're also getting changed for one you never got because THEY made a scheduling mistake.
