I called to cancel my account in January. I was told the gentleman would cancel it . He didn't tell me I had to fill out a form. Yesterday, almost 5 months after I thought I'd cancelled this, I get $250.00 taken from my bank account. How am I supposed to feed my children? That was our grocery money! Months of nothing....no charges, no phone calls, NOTHING! Then suddenly I'm charged for 3 months?!? I want my money back, or I will be pressing charges! My appointment was at 3pm. I got into the room and started the massage around 3:20, and looked at the clock when I was done and it was 4:00. I PAID FOR AN HOUR! When I left the room, she was greeting her next customer and said “I’m sorry I’m running late, I’ll make it up to you”. She was more concerned with that client then a potential returning customer. Then I requested a manager to call me, no one ever did. Never will go to a chain like this again.

I received a 90 minute massage from April yesterday. It was absolutely wonderful. All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Jameka(sp?) . It was just what I needed. It had been a long time since I had a massage but it definitely won't be long before I go back. Thank you so much!!!
RecommendedThis is my second attempt with Massage Envy. This fist time was a couple of years ago. I canceled my membership because there were to many mistakes made within that one year period. Needless to say I lost trust in them. Because they are close to my work and home and under new management, I thought I’d give them on last try. My first experience was good; Not awesome. But were just getting to know each other. I look forward to the future!😄
My best friend and I went for a couples massage. It was the first time either of us had massages and was unsure how the experience would be. At first I was a little uncomfortable which made it hard for me to relax but as the massage went on my body began to loosen up and I can't wait to have my next one. The establishment was very clean and tranquill and the therapist were very professional.
I absolutely loved it. Elizabeth was awesome. It was my first massage. She did a great job.� It was so relaxing. I will diffently be back. Thanks to my husband for this awesome gift.
