Tenesha is an awesome masseuse - professional and friendly. Candace and Jenicka at the front desk were very professional and helpful in explaining the autorenew program on my last visit.
My husband and I went in yesterday for a couples massage, the customer service was great, the place was clean, but our massages were horrible! I can't remember out therapist's names, but I had a male and I like a pretty firm massage and it was anything but that. He only used his his fingers and hands and didn't focus on my neck like I asked him too. My husbands therapist just did a fluffy massage on him and didn't listen to any of his requests. One of the best places ever. They meet your individual needs and make you feel so relaxed. Very easy people to talk with. Love the staff. I have saw Connie and Erica and they have both been very understanding and very helpful. The front desk is very compassionate and uplifting. Every time I come in they are so on top of things. Thank yall so much for the best service ever!!!!
Had my first ever Massage Envy appointment today and it was outstanding!!! They delivered on everything I asked for and more! I had a wonderful experience and scheduled a follow up appointment before I walked out the door!! It was much needed!!! Vanessa is AMAZING!!!
