UPDATE: Massage Envy Spanish River has lost me as a member after 4 years of going for massages twice a month. Keith and Ken are professional and wonderful massage therapists, I would not hesitate to follow either of them to any place OTHER than massage envy. Would give a 0 star if possible. I had an appointment for a Swedish massage today. Worst experience ever. I have booked a 90 minutes massage. First of all, the massage lasted 50 minutes and I have paid (in advance, with tip, not refundable) 110$, which is very expensive for the service i've got today. Secondly, my masseuse didn't really make a Swedish massage but mostly rubbed my back and while rubbing my feet, she played on her iPad, thinking I wouldn't notice. My name is Christine I am a Licensed Massage Therapist here at Massage Envy at their Spanish River Boca Raton Location. I have had the best experience working here. The owners and management treat their therapists very well. I had a couple situations come up and they worked with me giving me the time off that I needed. They gave me a full schedule and they have great clients. I have 14 experience as a LMT so even for those of us that are seasoned this is a good experience with great earning potential.
Horrible!!!!!! I have not used this in over 5 months and they continue to charge me! I filled out the "freeze form" and still charging my bank account! They said "they didn't receive it" B.S. I'll be writing a letter to the owner-, I am going to have to close my bank account because of them. This is Fraud.
