Great customer service- everything is very clean- front desk was sanitizing everything while I waited for my appointment. My therapist Casilda helped my pain in my neck and shoulders sooo much!!!

They are continuing to collect monthly charges inspire of being closed and not answering the phone. Most businesses are stepping up and doing the right thing without being asked...Massage Envy is not! Quitting them for good. Had to replace my credit card to stop the charges. I suggest everyone do the same.
I have been getting weekly massages with Baha for years and he is the best. He truly takes his time and is very professional. I hope Massage Envy appreciates and understands his value because wherever Baha goes, I will follow him. I cannot say enough good things about him. Highly recommended.

After my last experience with the therapist asking me if I wanted to get massages done at her house instead of massage envy I don't feel comfortable going back. I've been a massage envy member for over a year but this is unacceptable
