I’ve been a member of Massage Envy since 2009, but the Spanish River Boca Raton location has gone downhill under new management. On Jan 31, 2026, I was denied restroom access during a medical issue unless I showed my driver’s license and was told in front of others that police would be called if I didn’t comply.
