The owner of this loc SHERALYN is a monster, unprofessional, unethical uncaring, greedy, horrible, excuse for a human let alone a business owner! My daughter almost lost her life and had 18 massages in her queue called up to transfer some to my acct and they wanted $25 service fee to press a button. I had a great experience UNTIL I tried to cancel my membership. I called 8 times, emailed, got a hold of corporate, and am still not getting reimbursed for charges that I did NOT authorize after I sent and made multiple cancellation requests. I disputed the charges with my card company and they finally got Massage Envy to stop charging me in September but when I called last night, my membership was still not cancelled officially! I’ve been a member for almost two years and I’m done! They can’t keep track of your hours and short you any way possible. Not worth it. Bad experience.

Great massage by Brooke B however, I have been there 2 times on a 6 month membership and they have my pymts and my bank account in a hot mess by charging me extra for things. Super sad that Brooke is gonna lose clients. Cannot get a mgr to call me back. Worst experience EVER
