Terrible customer service.... Last prenatal massage appointment I made I checked in only to be told 10 minutes later my therapist was ill and appointment cancelled, but no call received and no real apology made. Just went for another prenatal massage that I scheduled for today (called yesterday) only to find out it was scheduled for the following week, which is after due date so wouldn't have ever scheduled for that day.
