There has been some unfortunate changing of ownership recently. However, the staff's ability to roll with the punches and maintain a high customer service level of standard is impressive. No doubt this location will finish on top.
I had an awesome first experience. I had Jessica and she is highly skilled and knowledgeable in her job. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go and I will definitely return.
Hands down the worst customer service and management if seen in quite sometime. I certainly have no plans to return to any of their locations as a result of the poor experience I've had at this location. It was just that awful!!
They canceled my account and sent it to a collection agency without a phone call, letter, or email. I've had an account for over 4 years. Tried to cancel multiple times but it's always a song and dance. I guess my cc expired and this is their response. I'm filing complaints with both the NC Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Beware of predatory business practices, they've lost class action lawsuits for a reason. Frank is excellent-I've been thrilled with the service and with his "magic".
There are always going to be therapists that are better fits than others. I've had a few average therapists but lots of really good ones! If you like firmer pressure you can't beat Frank. He is great!
