My personal preference is deep tissue massage and I have tried at least 5 masseuse to no avail. My membership expires June and would you believe I just had a massage and finally found the perfect masseuse who got it right! She was great, it might convince me to renew. Familiarity is important...I can now book with the same masseuse!
Horrible First Time Experience! Booked a 2pm massage today. Got a call at 12:30pm that I had missed my massage. I explained that I had a 2pm appointment not a 12:00pm appointment. They said I was wrong and that they had left me a message on my phone 2 days ago that the appointment was at noon. I have no message on my phone! They charged my card $120 for the missed appointment. Had a great deep tissue session with Carly. Got rid of all the tension and stress in my neck, shoulders and back.
Took my wifes money for 5months!!!! She attempted to cancel but receptionist was busy... Called another day to cancel she got hung up on! Now cancelled payment to stop service... And cant use any of her 5 massages untill she pays another month fee!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Plus she said massages were no good!!!
