I have been a member since 2008. Today I had an appointment for a massage in the afternoon and woke up sick. I called in early to reschedule and was told they would have to charge me half of my already pre-paid massage because I had already called in sick in 2009!!!! When I asked to cancel my membership I was told that I needed to come in personally to fill out the paperwork. They are not getting any more of my business, that's for sure.
Excellent facility. My therapist, Gigi, is outstanding. Really knows what she's doing. I felt better instantly.
Horrible customer service! Go to Hand & Stone nearby. They do not value their members. Do not join!!
All I can say is Keri was good. Why did it take me so long. Hurry up 2 weeks. Lol
