Linda has amazing hands! very attentive to my comfort and pressure level.
Horrible customer service. A "supervisor" named Melissa was laughing, smiling and rolling her eyes at me when confronted about an issue that her staff apparently "made a mistake on" having to do with booking and payment. She did not explain the situation correctly and if she did she would have realized that she was at fault. Very incompetent and very rude. I left even more stressed than I was when I went in for my massage. Will never go back there.
My hiding place! Attentive staff and relaxing environment! The best part is the array of options for add-ons every time!
