Beyond disappointed... I scheduled a couples massage 1 month in advance for our 20th anniversary... got there and waited for 30 min only to be told they could not do our massages as 1 of the employees got in a fender bender. We were told we could reschedule. Not very impressed, and this was our first visit there
Schedule a couples massage for our 20 year anniversary. Arrived filled out all the BS, waited 30 minutes before being told, "Oh, we won't be able to do this today, your therapist got in a little fender bender"! "But we can do one of yours"! When you had walk in coming in maybe you should have thought if that before letting others ahead of us!!!
Front desk was very friendly and my massage was the best one I have had in Sioux Falls in a long time! I told her my area of focus and about my injury and she definitely knows what she's doing. Even showed me a stretch to do when we were done. She was also very professional and personable :) Thanks Michele-you rock!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. My massage was great. Had the added foot scrub. All was ruined by front desk employees. Had a gift card for an hour long massage but they still proceeded to charge my card for 25.00 dollars instead of just the 10.00 extra for the scrub after they told me it would be fine since their machines were down. Management called me after I filled out the survey. She pretty much just stated how I was wrong and had no intention of fixing the situation. Will definitely be taking my business some... read more
