Very poor management! Due to COVID-19 they closed down and told me that I will stay on staff and they would contact me when they are opening up again and let me know the schedule. I tried numerous times to get ahold of somebody to see when they will be opening again. I never got a response. After I had heard they were open I called in to see what the deal was. After they wouldn't take my calls on my personal cell phone I used another persons cell phone to call they answered. They stated that due to my pregnancy and me being ... read more

RecommendedThe staff at Massage Envy is excellent! From the therapists to the front end staff they all make you feel very comfortable and they have the best customer service!
