I booked my first ever massage there yesterday and specifically asked for soft-medium touch. During my 60 minute massage I informed the employee 6-10 times that she was too rough. She lightened up for a few seconds and went back to deep massage. I woke up this morning with 5 bruises and called and was informed that "that is often typical and we can note your account that you prefer soft massages".
