Wow is all I can say! I had a great experience with Mary at the Simpsonville location. She was so knowledgeable, kind and did exactly what I ask without hesitation. Very very professional, worked my problem areas like I asked. I had massage done at other places, nothing beats Massage Evny. Over all a great experience.
Massage envy is great. It helped me relax and gave me less tension in my joints for my daily activities!

2 weeks in a row was turned away from my appointment. Despite verbal confirmation was told the first appointment was on a different day and the therapist had an emergency at the exact same time my appointment started week 2. Something that is supposed to be a relaxing event for me has turned stressful. May have the best therapist in the world but I would never know since I can't ever actually receive service. Wish I would have followed my gut and scheduled an appointment at a more reliable business.
