This is the best place ever. It is clean and comfortable and the music helps unwind you. Best customer service and the management is wonderful. Nice to find a place where human beings work and not ROBOTS! I walk in tighter than Dicks hatband and walk out feeling easy breezy.

I called yesterday to book an appointment for my birthday on Tuesday and everything was set.. so now I receive a call back telling me I have to cancel because it’s member appreciation day on that day and they can’t accommodate me. My question is did they not know that when I called on yesterday and what company tells a customer they have to reschedule or cancel due to something an error that the staff made.. The customer service is horrible! Asking to speak with the manager is like asking to speak with the president! I waited over 18 mins on hold, hung up called back and Mike so rudely told me they were busy and I'd have to hold! They aren't too busy to take my money are they! Piss poor management! I still haven't received my services that I've paid for! Please tell me who I can talk too!
