Until a few weeks ago, I had been a member of Massage Envy for over a year, frequently going to this location near the Metreon. The front desk staff is generally warm and friendly. Sadly, the actual massage therapists are nowhere as professional, and I noticed the quality of the service steadily decreasing over time. Ken really works magic. I have constant pain in my neck shoulders and back. He was able to take off most of the stress in 2 sessions. I have take. The membership so I can use it every week.
Rose is amazing! My back and basically my whole body is so messed up from my job and she's done an amazing job at making me feel better.
Envy welcomes me always. They have awesome professional employees and they welcome me all the time even with my kids!!! This is heaven!!!
