After viewing the discounts and free things that active duty and veterans were entitled too on Veterans Day, I decided to book the hour massage at Massage Envy in Royal Palm Beach for my husband as he is a Veteran of 11 Bravo, U.S. Army. Upon arrival, my husband showed his id along with his DD 214 as requested, and was DENIED the service that was advertised for veterans. If it weren't for our Veterans you wouldn't have the freedom to have a spa! I am livid with the way things transpired last nite and the lies from your staff, one after another, and the obvious lack of communication within your establishment! Our husbands were given excuse after excuse instead of just being honest about your mess up, and now WE will see to it that no one else will have to deal with false advertising, lies or the lack of professionalism from MASSAGE ENVY Royal Palm Beach!!
