Going there for 2 years ,,,Erin is the best.....I feel great... I walked in Hurting 2 years ago,,Today I feel great,,Go once a month,deep tissue,and stretching My Massage person Erin has hands of an Angel/////A very strong Angel all I can say is GO .
I absolutely love going here. Staff is always nice and attentive. I personally watch3: the manager be extremely nice when a customer was being rude. I will continue to go here because of the staff!

While the therapists here are great, the front desk staff is unprofessional at best. It is 10:10 and we have an appointment at 11. They called to say the appointment in 50 minutes is cancelled because the therapist is sick. You knew this at 8 o'clock when you opened, but decided to wait until the last minute to call. If I were to call you at the last minute bc I was sick, you would have kindly charged me the cancellation fee, yet you dont have the professionalism to offer the same, or even an upgrade of sorts. I continue to really enjoy my experience at Massage Envy. Patty my massuse is such a great professional. She listens, and makes sure any and all areas are addressed. She goes beyond with personalized care. Although I have no illusions the facility is on a time schedule She never makes me feel rushed, or just a customer. I love the fact that I am made to feel like a client, instead of just the next in line for service.
