This place is awful! Not only is their customer service piss poor but they don't even bill you correctly. One month they pull money on the 21st the next month they double charge on the 27th. And then when it comes to explaining this to me nobody knows a damn thing! Not to mention I've never received a decent massage. Last massage the therapist was telling me how I should tip in cash because it's better for them. Neve again!
Kari has been my massage therapist for years. She was out for health issues for way too longer. I am grateful to have her back. Can’t tell you how much better I feel after Kari unlocks my crazy muscles. Kari needs to be cloned. 😍😍😍
I was very disappointed with the service I received. I have been a member for over 2 years. However, yesterday when I went in I was told that I needed to update my credit card. I informed the receptionist that I couldn't update my card. Because i had to cancel it and will be receiving one in the mail. She informed me that she had to call the owner to see if I could be seen. I bet if that last person actually told them when they were booking her appointment that she didn't ever plan on paying her own bill before she went back, the front would have courteously told her not to waste the trip. If you have a car payment you don't get to just skip a month and keep on driving. But she had to of known that and wanted to cause a scene it sounds like. Same with a gym. Usually you need to be in good standing to utilize any kind of benefits. **credit to anyone who works in customer service.
