Ron gives a very nice deep massage. Some technicians (various massage companies) might confuse deep pressure with using elbows and causing pain. Ron does not do this and it is much appreciated.
Worst customer service EVER! Been trying to cancel my account for 5 months now. I've been told repeatedly that a supervisor would call me back. I got 1 email and finally today after I wouldn't stop calling a supervisor called me. I filled out the paperwork to cancel and was still charged. The person today hung up on me 4 times. The massages were fine but it shouldn't ever be this complicated to cancel, and definitely shouldn't be charged after jumping through their hoops. The Rockville location is very clean and relaxing. The staff is pleasant and I have had no issues. My regular therapist is Barbara. She has extensive knowledge and fantastic technique. She is very strong and can really get deep into muscles to correct problems. I would highly recommend Barbara for deep tissue and sports massage.
Amazing atmosphere! Everyone was friendly I felt comfortable and relaxed and welcomed. 10/10 for Carl!
