I joined in July and I have been very happy with the services. Everyone has been professional and gone out of their way to make sure I'm happy with my experience. Dani was the first therapist I saw and he did an amazing job so I make sure to book with him every visit.

I spoke on the phone with Bianca about a missed appointment and she had the most horrible attitude. I understand they have a missed appointment protocol but your delivery stinks! When I asked how much more I was going to have to pay so I don't loose the rest of my money as it was prepaid she could not tell me but was adamant that I give her a card number. When I asked why I couldn't pay for it when I got there she said " we'll actually I could charge you a lot more since I had to make the phone call and you didn't". I will N... read more
I am sad to say I found zero "southern hospitality". Due to an unforeseen issue, my friend is losing two massages- that WERE part of her contract. Do not give these folks your money unless you have read every tiny little clause- the will bend you over.
Enjoyed an awesome one hour couples massage with my wife Quiana!!!
Very irritating when I schedule a facial and massage together and the therapist calls out. Then the lady that is calling to tell me this can't understand that I want to keep the two appointments together. So if I cannot get a massage before or after the facial cancel them both. Terrible customer service today. I was really looking forward to this today too!
