Friendly staff and great massage!
Lee was my massage therapist for over a year and he will be greatly missed... Shout out to Tiffany who took over my sessions and has handled them like a champ. I travel a lot for work and the team that is there now has always been professional and treating me like a person and even helped me get receipts to submit for my flex spending account. I go to this location versus the ones in Charlotte because they have been so helpful when I'm out of town. Thanks Rock Hill ME!
Massage Envy RockHill sucks, I called last September because I moved paid the rest of my year right then (about 6 months worth) and said I didn’t want to continue my membership when I run out. Well I guess whoever took my payment didn’t cancel after that. Now I’m 4 months “behind” on my membership for the ones I already paid for and they suspend my account so I can’t use the last two until I pay the 4 months where they didn’t cancel when I asked to in September!
