Massage Envy in Rio Rancho is disappointing. I scheduled a massage and earliest they could get me in was Saturday. I checked in and then sat in the waiting room. I waited 20 min past my scheduled time and ask if something was wrong. 10 min later they said I was scheduled with sombody who was not working today....sorry but we can get you in next week. I have a tension in my shoulder and had trouble last 2 nights sleeping. Pain continues.....thanks Massage Envy.

Not sure what is going on but I received a class action form regarding someone suing rio rancho spa with the use of their pre paid massages while the membership is either on hold or not renewed ypu can not use what's paid for. Sounds fishy, and this is what my case is with 2 massages already in the bank and my years membership not renewed.
I saw Patrick this afternoon and I have to say that was one of the best massages I have had in a really long time. Thank you very much Patrick and all of the staff.
