They charged me for 2 months, this month because they forgot last month. Spoke to them and refused to charge the 70$ vs 140. yes i canceled 1 appointment but after that, they have canceled me a couple of times as well. I read this over charging was done to a couple of people and they sent them to collections. Some places are great but this one stay away from getting a membership! the massage therapist are great though.
Had a couples massage and facial with my daughter it was very nice
Melissa the Supervisor has a terrible customer service, for some reason the ygot my credit card information and charged me. Whe nI told Melissa "you are about to lose a customer" her answer was |that's OK..." - if they don't care about customers; why should I care? there are other options in town. Good luck! — feeling angry.
RecommendedThis was my first time there and it was a good experience. Everyone was very professional. The tranquility room was nice minus the person who sat in there on his cell phone talking. I think it needs to be made clearer No Cell phones. Nicole gave a great massage, just what I needed.
The best..... Everyone was amazingly nice! Awesome customer service. Will be going back.
Facial was disappointing. Seems they just wanted to sell products. Was told if I did a 90 minute facial it included a scalp massage, but during massage I was told no, it was a pressure point massage. Not bad, just not what I expected. Don't plan on doing it again any time soon.
