So far it's been a great experience and I've been with them for a little over 3 years. Stopped my membership for 6 months no problem and then returned when I was able to. I recommend this place. Only reason for four star is that two of my massage therapist left and I loved them. But now I found another great one! Overall happy. :)
Don't do it! Read their reviews on line. Even when you try to end your membership after the required one year, they make you continue to pay...threatening collections if you don't. I've paid for a month they won't let me use unless I pay ANOTHER month and then cancel AGAIN. There are thousands of stories just like mine all over the Internet. Be warned.
This is the worst massage clinic I have ever been a member at. Do not sign up with them. They lock you into a contract and send you to collections if you don't fulfill it. The client relations manager has horrible customer service skills and they never answer their phone. If you are moving they make u provide ridiculous documentation to get out of it. Love, love, love this place! Am always treated very well by courteous, happy, professional staff. Such a calm, restful and relaxed enviroment. My therapists have all been extremely good with thoughtful stretches and health advice. Thanks everyone for everything! Jan Stone
