Dear ME. You closed over a year ago without warning. And yet up pops a $70 charge from my bank yesterday from you. Do you really think I’m still your customer? I have disputed the charge with my bank as well as left a message with the Covington branch that y’all have robbed me. Terrible way to start up again.
shady business, don't get sucked into their spiel
I have been trying to get into this location since September. On 2 different occasions my appointment has been canceled after waiting over a month for the appointment. The customer service is beyond horrible and they can care less that they cancel your appointment the day before. I would like to cancel the membership but I will lose my credits. I have been to other locations and they have been awesome. DON'T GO TO RENTON LANDING! I should have read the reviews back in September and not wasted my time.
My wife and I were getting couples massages and things were good for about 4 months. Then they kept cancelling on us the day of our appointment. 2 months in a row. We have kids and getting time together to enjoy these types of things is hard to come by. So I cancelled the account. Filled out their paperwork but still had to pay another month as it was within 10 days of starting a new month. The attitude from the front desk is sucks when I asked for the reason she booked wrong。 She throwed the printed schedule to me and when I asked for appology because of the mistakes she made, she refused and accused me wasting her time.aslo the experiences with this place told me the staff at the front desk does not well trainned and not relaible to answer the regular policy
