Lane is great at what he does! Even tho im still sore from my deep tissue massage. My rating is based off of his service. Now as for cancelling...that was horrible. �

Worst company I have ever dealt with! They didn't disclose that you couldn't use your accrued credits when on "freeze," which was my intent when I accrued 9 credits because of my busy travel schedule. They also changed their "policy" on transferring credits. I finally got out based on a lawsuit that they lost for this exact reason. You may cancel your account and use your credits for 60 days. I really hope the word gets out that this is a rip-off establishment!!
I can see why people like me get addicted to pampering. This is my necessity. I love coming here �
