I had such a wonderful experience today on my visit. Would definitely recommend my masseuse and will be requesting her again!
The customer service at this location is horrendous!!!. Not only was I told the last time there that I wasn’t “allowed” to schedule more than one massage per month…I scheduled a massage for Monday but was scheduled for Sunday. I am now being charged for that massage and I was told I can’t use my credit (I has several since I have been recovering from COVID)for the next one I want to schedule. The manager on the phone was rude, disrespectful and a smart aleck. NOT the level ANYONE deserves.
Too much to say about this horrible experience. Very disrespectful people working and lying to me. I will never use this place again. For anyone thinking of prepaying for a service. My advice would be absolutely don’t bc I was screwed out of the $ I paid for service. Drove 3 hours to enjoy this with my daughter and they canceled my appt. Very rude on the phone and I won’t ever go again and I will tell everyone not to go there. Don’t waste your time or $.
Best experience. There’s great communication between employees. Everyone is friendly & welcoming. Thais was very informative, addressed my skin concerns. Highly recommend.
I’ll start with the good- the therapists are great. Now the not so great- Bought a membership through Asheville South’s campus. Unable to schedule appointments through their office unless I wanted to book over 4 weeks ahead of time. No prenatal therapist available in the office at all during my pregnancy and unable to freeze or cancel membership during that time.
