The actual service is fine. It's the membership contract that is rotten. Beware! It's a use-or-lose proposition. They do not have an exit-early fee, so you are on the hook for the year. Plus, they limit giving your appointment to family or friends, even though they already have your monthly charge. Plus it's automatic renewal on your charge card, unless you sign in writing a cease order, which they are hesitant to tell you about.
