I really like this place! It was exactly what I was looking for. No flowery frills and over-priced massages. I was in need of regular massages due to some neck problems and it's not only super convenient, it's affordable and my massage therapist actually listens to me! I feel like I've finally found my little massage joint in the North Dallas area. :) Super happy with this location.
The therapists are nice, but administration and management at this location are disorganized to the a degree that is difficult for me to convey or even fathom. My experience with Massage Envy as a whole has revealed gross lack of integrity and business ethics to be their common practice.
Love Love Love Massage Envy Spa!....I feel so much better when I leave there!
