They rope you in and then won't let you cancel. Called multiple times and they tell you you have to go to their location. Ridiculous
I came in today for my first ever "real" massage. I got in and the girls at the front desk said they were booked. Ricardo immediately said that he would take me... mind you he was on his lunch break. I would have came back another day but he insisted that it was okay he would rather give me a massage. That off the bat was so thoughtful and amazing.
