RecommendedLove this location. Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming, especially Daniel, who is usually there on the weekends when I have my appointments. My therapist is always Darryl, who is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about taking care of any aches, pains or stress that might be bothering me on the day of my appointment. Always feel so much better after my appointments at Massage Envy in Plainview.
Bad experience here. if i could give it 0 stars I would. My wife had a 7pm appt and waited there for 15 mins. Then she was told someone took her appt and staff was confused and did not know what to do. This was the first time she went to Massage Envy and was not a good experience. She only tried this place because her regular place Massage for Wellness in Hicksville was booked. She never had this experience before at Massage for Wellness or any other place for that matter. RecommendedDarrell was the best masseuse ever. He really knows his craft and is a joy to listen to the whole time.
Masseuse was bad, made my back worse and her hands were coarse. Aesthetics (music, lighting, table) were really bad. I've been to other Massage Envy locations and this is by far the worst experience that I've had.

They never even tried to remind me of the massage at all. They were closed on the 4th, but I couldn't go because of a medical emergency. They took money off of a gift card I was given. Ended up going to the one in Farmingdale instead, they honored my card, and they couldn't be any nice. They said to me, this is not the first time they have heard about the issues in Plainview.
