My daughter got my a gift card for Mother’s Day . Had a hard time booking and when I got an appointment the texted not even a call saying they had to cancel my appointment . Finally got another appointment 3 weeks later they said they would add on a extra ( hot stone , oil. Etc) I was booked with a guy who does deep tissue for 1 hour . Every time my wife makes an appointment the store calls to change the time and makes it very inconvenient for her to get massages. She has too many prepaid visits and cannot find the the time to get an appointment because the locations are booked for 2 months or so. We have requested for the franchise owners to contact us to assist my wife with her issues, but we have not received any phone calls from them or heard back from anyone in management.
