I made my appointment on Monday. I did the initial confirmation on Tuesday. Yesterday, I confirmed my appointment got today. This morning, I got a call saying that my appointment had to be cancelled. As someone that works, I had my whole day centered around my schedule massage that I needed to release some tension. I was not offered another massage therapist to see me today. Worst customer service ever.

My massages are usually good, but I've filled out 6 online appointment requests in the past month and haven't had one single call back. I work nights and my schedule is limited so when I fill out an appointment request, I expect to be contacted. Absolute worst customer service. Once I can get ahold of someone to schedule my appointments, I will be using my remaining massages and canceling my subscription. Looks like Hand and Stone will be gaining another customer.

I've enjoyed all of my visits at this Massage Envy! I've gotten massages and facials and the staff is always very professional and friendly. My massages have never been cut short as I read in other reviews and the facial I had was amazing!!

My very 1st professional massage! I was skeptical and a bit apprehensive about the experience. Jamie was a wonderful therapist, asked questions about problem areas & made suggestions for the next time. She made my visit pleasant & was very professional and tranquil, I will see her again.
