After one appointment I was talked in joining the annual(12 month) membership, $60 a month for 1 massage. This worked out well with my schedule in the beginning. But with kids, work, the COVID... I got behind with my appointments. In my mind my membership ended in February, the local store closed for 3 months for of COVID. Once reopened I called to schedule an appointment for one of my prepaid visits to find out that they continuously charge my account for months beyond my agreement. Months they were closed anyways. Recommendedthe therapist are very nice and professional.
Lack of skilled therapists. Every time I find someone that I like you either can’t get in with them for months in advance or they leave. I legit walked out on my 3rd massage today. Final time visiting here. Spend your money at another local therapist instead of funding these big-box chains. Not worth it.
I love it here, but then again, ive worked here almost seven years.

The absolute worst! I tried to cancel my membership and got the runaround something fierce. On four occasions they promise to call me right back, but never once did they follow through on that promise. Additionally, they "couldn't find" ten (10!) of my services in the system that I paid for. That is $650 they wanted to scam me out of, good thing I had a screenshot of my online profile ready to go.
