It's ridiculous. I've had a membership with this location and it's been a headache since day one. I cancelled with them and I had a few massages on my account I have to use with 60 days. They have the nerve to tell me I have none. I called them and got it resolved. They shorted me one massage. I was a former member with American fork and never had an issue with them. Don't go through Orem.
My husband and I have had a couple of great experiences and a couple not so great. My main hang up is that almost every appointment I've had has started late and ended early. I completely understand that time is money- I never short change people in my business and I only wish that one hour appointments really meant one hour :)
My hubby got me a massage for Mother's Day, my Masseur, Quinton, was wonderful. He made me feel really comfortable with the process and I left so relaxed. I will definitely be going again!
I had the worst massage I've ever had there two nights ago... I was soooo looking forward to it after a humanitarian trip I just got back from. I kept looking at the clock wishing it would get better but wanting it to be over. They said they would have their manager call me but no one has contacted me yet.
It was my husbands birthday and I scheduled a week in advance a massage to surprise him because he had never had a massage before. Well the morning of his birthday right before his appointment they called and told me they double booked and couldn't get him in. Totally ruined our plans and they didn't even try to make it up. Definitely NOT scheduling here again.
So far I'm loving it! They are open late and on weekends. :)
