3 times in a row, I have had my appointment canceled the day of after scheduling 2-3 weeks out. I understand that therapists get sick, but they didn't even tell me that my last therapist quit until the day of the appointment. they should have called me two weeks earlier when she quit! I can't tell you how many times I have come home broken and bruised after a massage therapist didn't listen when I said "careful". I have serious back problems and was looking for some one who really knew how to treat my issues. Massage Envy was just what I was looking for. I walked out of there with no pain for the first time in 6 years. It's an answer to prayer. I was treated wonderfully and I am including Massage Envy on my care plan to stay mobile. I'm 60 and was a nurse for 40 years. My back is in such a mess I had almost given up. Now I have HOPE ♥️😀♥️
Both the massage and facial were awesome! The staff was friendly and felt more welcome there then at my home store!
I've had nothing but great experiences every time I've come. I just had a double service with a massage and a facial back to back and it was great! So relaxing!
