3 times in a row, I have had my appointment canceled the day of after scheduling 2-3 weeks out. I understand that therapists get sick, but they didn't even tell me that my last therapist quit until the day of the appointment. they should have called me two weeks earlier when she quit! I can't tell you how many times I have come home broken and bruised after a massage therapist didn't listen when I said "careful". Both the massage and facial were awesome! The staff was friendly and felt more welcome there then at my home store!
I've had nothing but great experiences every time I've come. I just had a double service with a massage and a facial back to back and it was great! So relaxing!
Would not honor a $100 Gift Card my son had gotten me two years ago for Mother's Day and wasn't able to use due to cancer treatments. Finally able to use it and they said it had been used?? Wow! Never getting a dime from me AGAIN! Perhaps that's why you only have 2.8 Stars? #NotMyMassageTherapist
