To me you’re better off saving the money on a membership and just going to a nicer spa like the Battlehouse or one at the IP. My facials were always good but my massages have always been average at best. The atmosphere is not very relaxing. I tried to cancel my membership, you can’t. So I stuck with it for the whole year. I had someone from massage envy come and give me a massage in my home. I took off my gold necklace right before my massage and put it on my dresser. Once the massage was done, I go to put my necklace back on and I could not find it. The masseuse became very defensive and left in a hurry. *** beware of the scams! I have been with massage envy for about 14 years. I had been happy with their service until a few months ago. I was having trouble getting massage appointments and I know it was due to huge turnover in MT’s. But today was the final straw. I don't understand how you can run a business like this. You don't have availability for appointments. I have called three locations that are all supposedly Hawkins (so?) franchise locations and no one has availability. I was then given a corporate/Hawkins franchise number that is disconnected and no longer in service. RecommendedI do not know where they had been hiding Alexis, but they need to duplicate her 10 times over. She is the best massage therapist I have ever had at any massage envy. She is amazing! I would book her for the rest the year if I could. She knows her stuff and has magical fingers for a extremely heavenly massage experience. Great Job Alexis!!!
Customer service not honored. Monica, the manager, did not do what she promised.
Let me first say I have no qualms with the quality of massages provided at this location. However, the customer experience at this particular location has really gone downhill in last 6 months. Impossible to get appointments, “scheduling errors” that require adjustments to massages days after they’ve been booked, and now most recently cancelling a massage 3 hours before appointment and no other appointments available for days.
