It's unfortunate that after 12 years as a loyal member with your company that I will be terminating my relationship. I was really excited after my first prenatal massage at this location. It was hard finding someone out here licensed for prenatal and they were always booked out. After my first appointment, I booked out a month for tomorrow, April 9 at 11am. I ONLY book Saturday appointments. I work M-F, 8-5 and need weekend appointments. Do not get a facial here! Worst facial I’ve ever had and my skin damaged and scabbing the next day. Rude and unhelpful manager. This location has unilaterally opted out of corporate coupons marketed as being available for use nationwide.
