I really enjoyed my massage with Jameel. He made sure I was comfortable and all my needs were met. A plus!
I took my daughter for a massage on her 23rd birthday. Everything went well however months later I saw a charge on my statement from Massage Envy. I called and the staff over the phone was unprofessional. I decided to go in person and a woman who claimed to be the owner told me that I had to "deal with it". Very unprofessional and uneducated. I am extremely disappointed in the service we have received. I called and scheduled my mom a massage for her birthday.. She showed up and it was at the wrong location, she rescheduled for the coming Saturday.. Received a call two hours before her massage that the rep called out of work, she rescheduled AGAIN for today, showed up 10 minutes early to her appointment and the rep called out AGAIN! Had a 90 minute couples massage last night. Marcus was amazing! I wish they would have put warm towels on my feet and face before massaging those areas, but it was still a really good massage. My husband's masseuse was , Tamara. He said she was great and focused on areas he requested. I will say the 60 minutes is too short. You are finally super relaxed right at 60 minutes, so go for at least 90! We will be back!
