If I could give it zero stars I would have....I received a gift card for a massage however as I tried to explain to the "manager" Kerry that I couldn't do a massage due to previous situations she just looked at me with a blank stare like why was I even talking to her....THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE...it was only after I mentioned speaking to the owner that she offered me a discount on some products that I didn't want....I will never even attempt to visit another massage envy because of Kerry
I've been going here once a month since July. If you want a DEEP TISSUE massage....ask for Brenda. And I'm booked through June with Ms. Brenda. That's how much I enjoy my massage with her.
Took my daughter for her 21st birthday, we loved it. Staff was excellent! !!
