Very professional and great customer service
I have been a ME customer for years. I recently changed to this location from another state. The front desk staff is helpful, this is not a reflection of them. First, I had difficulty switching my membership over. I was told an owner/manager would contact me but they never did (and it was eventually solved by front desk staff). Mostly, I am frustrated because I am on my 4th or 5th therapist since April. Run do not walk away from this and other locations. As members you are never able to even get an appointment scheduled , short staffed and the turnover rate of the small staff they do have seems excessive . Due to illness we were not able to use our credits. Approximately 500 dollars worth. Now we are getting the runaround from them saying let me speak with a manager etc. please look for a story from KEN!
