I scheduled a prenatal massage at 8:30. The receptionist called to confirm the day before. I arrived at the location at 8:00 and received a call that there was no one there that could give a prenatal massage. I said this is unacceptable. My only complaint is that every time I find a therapist I love they leave. I miss Annette and I am really going to miss Liz she is absolutely amazing.
Message Envy in Oak Lawn. really sucks. Made an appt for foot reflexology for today and after having confirmed with them yesterday and today the time and the reflexology appt. I get here only to find out they have me down for a massage and there is no one there to do the reflexology today. Total waste of my time. I read some very bad reviews if this location but thought I'd give them a try. And I was disappointed that the reviews were correct. I have a gift certificate that expires this month.
