Massage envy have a few staff that are unprofessional and rude. Nancy the massage therapist is terrible...period! Rubbing lotion on someone is not a massage. The facialist is rude as well and her work is not effective. The scheduler is very pushy and doesn’t allow you to request the therapist that provide quality services before. I truly enjoyed the massage Julia provided and she was the reason I kept my membership....but after the experience yesterday it’s canceled.

I have never left disappointed. December 13, 2019 changed my life forever.
Im giving 1 star because theres no 0 star..i didnt like the service i suppossed to relax for my facial but i didnt get what i was expected ..never again going back here
first time at this location.. my 90 min massage was the best! along with my 10 min foot scrub...I was in need if a deep tissue massage and Haley Came through and took all the kinks out my body...I am literally feeling better already!
Not the best experience I have had with massages. Very disappointed. A young lady at the front desk stop checking me out and took someone behind me as if my time was not valuable...RUDE and Unprofessional
All I can say is Allen gave me a fantastic massage
