Wasn't impressed... Only had a 50 minute massage even though it was supposed to be an hour. My massage therapist mostly just used pressure points, so it was relaxing but not a traditional massage. Also, she didn't touch my shoulders, neck or scalp which I find strange. I would not recommend them.
Not only are the massage therapists fantastic, but the entire staff is prompt, always friendly and smiling, and very engaging in conversation. Massage Envy has an inclusive feeling rather than exclusive. They make you feel completely at ease and that you deserve this massage. :) It seems like such a wonderful environment, I picked up an application and hope to find work there. :)
