I showed up for my Mother's Day Massage to find out my appointment had been cancelled. The receptionist greeted me with "We left you a message".... I looked at my phone and there was a message At 11:33- My Appointment was at 12:00. Thanks for the 27 minute warning! I might have to rethink my membership.
Booked an appointment out of desperation. They were eager to help.. More eager to cancel 5 min before due to therapist not wanting to "stick around"!
