I booked a couples massage over a week ago, we are celebrating our anniversary and a birthday which I carefully mentionned while booking. About 6 miles away from our arrival, and less than 60 minutes away from our appointment. I receive a call that one of our masseuse called out. How can you run a place with no back up. Well it isn't out first massage, but sure was our first experience with massage envy. Thanks!
