Excellent atención ..! A1
I requested a membership cancellation and despite I received written confirmation, they kept charging my credit card for 8 months. In February, I changed that credit card so they couldn’t charge any more payments and requested a formal return. However, every week they have a different excuse. They basically stole $560 dollars !!! I have googled it and it seems that Massage Envy has numerous cases and legal processes in place due to cancellation issues. Be careful !!
Lea was amazing!!! Great session and my friend, Odalys Ramirez was with me for her session, as it was her Christmas Present 🎁!!!
Very upset! I was never advised that once I canceled my hours which I paid for would expire. Never was I told after paying my member ship for over a year. Its Abuse & Fraud.
Excellent!! Karen is the absolute best. I walk out feeling so relaxed.
Loved my esthetician Melissa ! She did a wonderful job with my facial and built a personal relationship with me
Manager Luis is very rude and obnoxious! Never will I ever return PERIOD!
