I requested a membership cancellation and despite I received written confirmation, they kept charging my credit card for 8 months. In February, I changed that credit card so they couldn’t charge any more payments and requested a formal return. However, every week they have a different excuse. They basically stole $560 dollars !!! I have googled it and it seems that Massage Envy has numerous cases and legal processes in place due to cancellation issues. Be careful !!

Very upset! I was never advised that once I canceled my hours which I paid for would expire. Never was I told after paying my member ship for over a year. Its Abuse & Fraud.
