During this pandemic, they have continued to charge me for my membership. I called several times to place my account on hold and was told that would be done but instead they have attempted to charge my card every couple of days. At this point, I owe the bank more in NSF fees than what I would have owed them. Every time I call I get a different explanation and was even told I would not be able to use the massages I had already paid for until I brought my account up to date! I’ve been coming here for a few years now. For years I came with Alex who is fabulous. On Sundays they have different masseuse. I really enjoy Ari. She helps me with my pain with the massage as well as some stretching. Like a new person. Thank-you!!
